摘要
杂交粳稻3优18是天津水稻研究所选育的强优粳型杂交新组合,品质好,产量高,但分蘖力不高,不能再留种栽培.杂交粳稻3优18成熟胚在MS1培养基上诱导形成的初始愈伤组织呈深黄色、瘤状,为非松脆型.初始愈伤组织MS2培养基上经3～4个月继代培养,转变为浅黄色、小颗粒状、松脆型胚性愈伤组织.将胚性愈伤组织置于悬浮培养基中培养,经4个多月可得分散性好、生长快的悬浮细胞培养物.
Hybrid japonica rice （Oryza Sativa L. ） “3 you 18” is a new super japonica-type hybrid match selected by Tianjin Rice Research Institute of China. And it is of good quality and high output, but of low tillering power and can＇t remain breed to culture. Mature embryos cultured on MS1 culture medium could be induced to form dark-yellowed, tumor-like, and non-crisp callus. After a 3- 4-month multiplication culture, preliminary callus cultured on MS2 medium became light-yellow, granule-like, grisp and embyrogenic. Embyrogenic callus was cultured on suspension culture medium for a period of 4 months, and well-distributed and fast-growing embyrogenic cell suspensions were obtained.
