摘要
介绍一种CAPP集成系统,分析系统结构设计、工作流程及主要功能,重点阐述了零件信息获取方法、工艺决策策略、工序图生成方法等CAPP集成的关键技术。该CAPP集成系统所需的全部加工信息均准确地从CAD系统通过数据转换接口转化而来,实现了CAD/CAPP系统之间数据直接传递和数据共享的目的。系统融合了工具化思想,构造了具有新意的基于实例与知识的混合式工艺决策策略并采用模型重构法和特征拼装技术生成工序图。证明了集成化CAPP系统是科学实用、适应性广的系统。
A CAPP integration system is introduced in this paper. The framework of the system,process and the functions are analysed. Several critical problems, such as the method of obtaining product data, the characteristics of technological decision making and the generation of sequence Graph are discussed in detail. All of process information of this CAPP integration system is transferred accurately in CAD by interface module, in such a way, the data is transferred immediately between CAD and CAPP and the data is shared. In this system, tool means is adopted, mixed technological decision based on example and knowledge is constructed, sequence Graph is obtained by model reconfiguration and feature assembling. It was proved that CAPP integration system is scientific and practicality with compatibihty.
