摘要
本文介绍用腈纶废丝碱性水解产物、聚丙烯酸铵等高吸水性树脂与聚乙烯共混制备吸水性共混物,并研究了高吸水性树脂用量、粒经、OPE用量、偶联剂的种类和用量等对共混物吸水率和力学性能的影响。
A water-absorbing blend was prepared by blending super water-absorbing resin,the alkaline hydrolyzed polyacrylonitrile waste fiber and polyacrylate ammonium with PE. The effect of the content of supper water-absorbing resin,particle size,the content of oxidated PE(OPE),the type and content of coupling agent on the water-absorption and mechanical properties of the blend were studied. The results showed the water-absorption of the blend increased with the increase of the content of the supper water-absorbing resin, but the mechanical properties of the blend decreased obviously; the tensile strength and elongation rate of the blend were the highest when the content of the water-absorbing resin was 3%;the smaller the water-absorbing resin particle size, the better the property of the blend;the use of coupling agent could improve the processability and mechanical properties of the blend,but the water-absorption was decreased (the effect of OPE on coupling agent was an accumulation. The use of supper water-absorbing resin made the blend an antistatic compound,having a volume resistivity of 107 cm.
