摘要
建构具有中国特色的现代图书馆管理体系需要从中国传统文化中吸取智慧与经验,道家“无为而治”“、有无相生”“、柔弱胜刚强”等柔性管理思想,对当今重视以人为本、强调管理艺术的图书馆管理富有启示意义。
It is necessary to construct management system of modem library with Chinese characteristics that wisdoms and experience must be extracted from Chinese tradition culture. The Taoist flexible management such as ＂Governing by Noninterference＂, ＂Mutual Dependence of False and True＂, ＂Effeminacy rather than Doughtiness＂, has given a revelation to the modem library management.
