摘要
随着高等教育大众化步伐的加快,高校学科专业渐趋精细化,并且要求深层次的信息与之配套。作为高校信息主要支柱之一的图书馆,为顺应时代的要求,实行学科馆员制度是其发展的必然趋势。因此,新升本科院校推行学科馆员制有其必要性。
With the accelerated pace of Higher Education, professional disciplines of colleges appear to be refined and require in--depth information. A library is one of the main information pillars of the university, which faces to be innovated with the development of the times. Subject librarian system is the inevitable trend of development of the university library. Therefore, it is necessary for the newly upgraded colleges to implement subject librarian system.
