摘要
本文用大鼠自身给药法初步评价了盐酸二氢埃托啡（ＤＨＥ）的精神依赖性，结果表明：在１．０，２．０和４．０μｇ·ｋｇ－１三个剂量下，ＤＨＥ均能形成稳定的自身给药行为，与吗啡相比，具有潜伏期短，反应阳性率高，踏板频率高等特点；提示ＤＨＥ的精神依赖性较强。
This experiment was designed to examine the psychological depen-dence potential of dihydroetorphine(DHE) by using intravenous self - administration inrats. Under a fixed - ratio 1 schedule the rats could maintain lever - press responding atdose of 1.0, 2.0 and 4.0 μg· kg-1/ injection of DHE. The rate of responding for DHEdecreased as the dose of DHE increased, while the total amount of DHE infusions wasproximately unchanged. Compared with morphine, DHE self - administration behaviorwas characterized by shorter latent period, higher ratio of positive responding and moreamount of lever - press, which indicated that DHE would likely have high psychologicaldependence potential.
