摘要
为了达到中药产品的一致性,需要在中药生产的自动控制系统中精确地控制开关阀以及调节阀从而达到对温度、压力、液位、流量以及浓度,pH值等参数的精确控制。在介绍中药生产工艺后对中药生产过程中主要的控制难点作了分析,相应地设计了一套适合中药工业生产的模糊专家控制方案,采用西门子公司的PLC系统建成工业现场控制系统并成功应用于企业中药自动化生产中,取得了良好的工艺效果。
It is necessary to achieve the consistency of Chinese traditional medicine （CTM） during its production. So the temperature, pressure, liquid level, flux, consistency and pH should be controlled accurately by adjusting the valve. After introducing the main procedure of CTM production, the difficulty of system controlling is discussed, and an expert control system that suited for this condition is designed. Then it was implemented by Si emens＇ PLC based industrial field control system and applied in a CTM plant succ essfully.
