特许连锁这一经营方式在许多领域中都得到了广泛的发展。尝试将这种经营方式应用到人力资源中介中来,分析了主要的优势和存在的问题,以期为人力资源中介发展指出一条新路径。
Franchising, a new operation mode has widely developed in many fields. This paper tries to put this operation mode into the human resources agency, analyzes on the main advantages and existing problems of this operation mode for the purpose of pointing out a new way for the development of the human resources agency.
