知识管理越来越为人们所重视。分析了高校图书馆实行知识管理的必要性,论述了高校图书馆知识管理的特征、内容及实施策略。
People are paying more and more attentions to the knowledge management. This paper analyzes on the necessity of carrying out the knowledge management in university library, and discusses on the features, contents and implementing tactics of the knowledge management in university library.
