摘要
在知识经济时代 ,知识已成为经济增长和社会发展以及企业 (机构 )生存的关键性资源 ,知识管理因此成为全球范围内越来越受重视的热门话题。作为人类知识宝库的图书馆 ,在 2 1世纪必然会面对知识管理这一新的课题。本文从知识管理的概念、图书馆知识管理的特征、内容及相应的实现技术入手 ,对图书馆知识管理作了简要阐述。
Knowledge has become a critical resource related to economic growth, social development, and the survival of enterprises (organizations) in the know ledge economy era. Knowledge management has therefore become a hot topic that re ceives more and more attention globe wide as a treasure-house of human knowledg e , libraries will inevitably face this new subject-knowledge management. Brief ex planations are given in this paper on knowledge management in libraries in terms of the concept of knowledge management, and the characteristics and contents of , and technologies needed for, knowledge management in libraries.
