摘要
本文用30具成年整尸(男,女各15),自胸骨柄上缘平面往下作连续横断面,选取脾脏所在各断面,结合临床需要,对其形态、毗邻。
Thirty adult cadavers (male 15, female 15) were used for marking a serial cross -sections.Those sections in which spleen locates properly were selected.The observation and measurement on the transverse sections (in the standardized inferior view) involve:( a ) the levels of apperence and disapperence of the spleen;( b ) the general variations of the spleen;( c ) the normal anatomy of the spleen;( d ) the fealures for identifiug the spleen on different sections. I his work atlempts to provide the basis of imaginal diagnosis for CT and ultrasound examination
