摘要
随着国家对基础研究支持力度的不断增强,国家自然科学基金项目申报的数量也不断增加,对申报质量的要求也不断提高。以华南农业大学为例,提出了加强国家自然科学基金项目申报的过程管理、提高申报质量的途径和对策,以期为高校科研管理部门提供参考和借鉴。
With an increase of Nation＇s devotion in basic research, the application for proposals of the National Natural Science Foundation gradually increase, and high quantity of application are requested. Taking the South China Agricultural University as a example, some suggestions on how to enhance the quantity of application for proposals of the National Natural Science Foundation are given for scientific research deparunent of high institution.
