摘要 目前,国家标准和国内生产厂家所采用的焊剂化学成分分析方法均为化学分析法,其主要缺点是分析速度太慢。本文介绍了一种相对分析法,即用优级纯和光谱纯化学试剂配制了一套与焊剂化学成分相似并成系列的光谱标样,在美国产BAIRDDV4—1000型仪器上做焊剂的化学成分分析。实验结果表明,一些含量低的元素分析结果令人满意,达到了预期的效果。 Chemical analysis method is used in flux chemical composition analysis in China National Standards anddomestic manufacturers, and it's main defect is low analysis speed. In this paperl a comparative analysismethod is introduced. A serial spectrum standards sample similar to the flux composition was made by compounding first-rate pure and chemical pure reagents, and the chemical compisition analysis of flux was completed in BAIRD DV4- 1000 type device which was made in USA. The test showed that the analysis result ofsome micro-element content was satisfied and reached the ecpected target.
