摘要
指出了TiAl基合金的主要缺点,即拉伸性能与蠕变抗力呈反比关系、1000℃以上的高温强度相对较低、800℃以上抗氧化性能不足;并提出了改善上述性能的途径,即合金化、热加工、热处理、涂层等,并重点分析了合金化的作用。阐述了合金元素对TiAl相图的影响。讨论了合金化对TiAl基合金强度和延性的影响及机理。
The main defects of the TiAl based alloys were pointed out, i.e. inverse relations between tensile properties and fracture/creep resistance, relatively low high temperature strengths for many of the turbine engine parts in use up to 1 000 ℃, concern about oxidation resistance above 800 ℃, and the methods to solve these problems were proposed, i.e. alloying, hot working, heat treatment and coating and so on, and the emphasis was placed on the effects of alloying. The effect of alloying on phase equilibrium was analysed. The effects of alloying on strength and ductility and its mechanisms were discussed.
