蜂胶液体中类黄酮化合物的HPLC测定和抗氧化性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 研究了蜂胶液体中类黄酮化合物的含量和蜂胶液体的抗氧化性能。高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分析显示,每100mL蜂胶液体中芦丁、槲皮素、桑黄素、山萘黄素和异鼠李素的含量分别是11.20、4.60、16.00、4.00和6.10mg。芦丁比色法测定显示,蜂胶液体中总类黄酮化合物含量达到30mg/mL。抗氧化试验结果表明,在金属抗坏血酸依赖的卵磷脂脂质体过氧化作用中,蜂胶液体具有一定的抗氧化性质。蜂胶液体对Cu2+、Fe2+和Fe3+催化的氧化体系的抑制率分别为9.17%、34.32%和47.02%;在Cu2+催化的体系中,蜂胶液体的氧化抑制效果与1.0mmol/L肌肽相似,在Fe2+和Fe3+催化的氧化体系中则与10mmol/L肌肽的作用相当。 There are about 20 compounds of flavonoids in the propolis. In this paper the content of five compounds of the flavonoids and was determinined with HPLC and antiocidative capacity was studied. The propolis drink contained rutin 11.20mg, quercetin 4.6mg, morin 16.00mg, kaempferol 4.00mg, and isorhamnetin 6.10 mg/100mL. The propolis drind conained total flavonoids 30mg/mL. Inhibition rate (IR % ) of propolis flavonoids against PC liposome lipid peroxidation was 9.17 % in the Cu^2 + -catalyzied system, 34.32 % and 47.02 % in the Fe^2 + and Fe^3 + -catalyzied system respectively. The flavonoids' capacity was corresponded to the 1.0mmol/L of Lcarnosine in the peroxidation system catalyzied by Cu^2 + . The flavonoids' capacity was corresponded to the 10 mmol/L of L-carnosine in the peroxidation system catalyzied by Fe^2 + and Fe^3 + .
