摘要
中国政治文明建设是法治、民主和党的领导的三位一体,我们应当从整个世界政治文明发展以及中国近代政治思想的转型的角度的史学之纬和概念本身联系的逻辑之纬,去剖析法治同民主、党的领导的关系。在扬弃传统法治观基础上,正确处理法治同民主、党的领导的关系尤其是法治与民主的两难悖论,去建设我国的社会主义政治文明。
The construction of the political civilization in china is the integration of “rule by law”, democracy and the party＇s leadership. We should analyze the relationship of the above three factors from the history of the political civilization development in the world and the modem political transition in China as well as the concept＇ s logical connection. Based on the concept of inheriting the good part and discarding the nugatory part of the traditional view of“rule by law”, we will be able to conduct the above relationship correctly in building our socialist political civilization.
