PGE_1对5/6肾切除SD大鼠肾功能不全的治疗作用 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察PGE1对肾功能的保护作用。方法5/6肾切除SD大鼠随机分成生理盐水对照组C和治疗性PGE1腹腔注射给药组CP,C组生理盐水2.5ml·kg-1·d-1,每日1次,腹腔注射。CP组PGE1125μg·kg-1·d-1腹腔注射,每日1次。术前及术后检查生化指标,10周取病理组织学标本。结果治疗性短期使用PGE1可减低血浆尿素氮、肌酐,增加内生肌酐清除率Ccr、尿肌酐与血肌酐的比值;减低肾小球硬化面积和硬化百分比;减低死亡率;改善肾小管及间质病变生化指标NAG并在组织病理上得到证实。结论PGE1可改善肾功能,对肾小球及肾小管均有保护作用。
