摘要
当前的不少地方,考核政府政绩的标准是单一的GDP标准。这样既不科学又滋生了许多不良的作风。本文考虑了考核政绩的多个因素,并为其提出了计算方法,由此建立了考核政府政绩的科学的数学模型,为其在计算机上的实现提供必要的条件。
At present, the standard of inrestigating the government achievement is the simple method of GDP, It is not only unscientific but also stirs up many bad governments styles. Considering several factors of investigating achievement, this essay puts forward the calculation method and establishes the scientific maths model of inrestigating the government achievment. This mehtod provides the essential condition to make the testing stored in computers.
