三种鲟鱼盐度驯化试验 被引量:3

摘要 通过连续递增盐度和阶段性递增盐度对史氏鲟、达氏鳇和杂交鲟(达氏鳇♀×史氏鲟♂)三种鲟鱼进行盐度驯化试验,结果表明:采用阶段性递增盐度对史氏鲟、达氏蝗和杂交鲟进行驯化,最终达到海域盐度(30‰),死亡率分别为6.7%、3.3%和5.0%,鲟鱼盐度驯化现实可行。
