摘要
本文报道了盐度对淡水鱼类毒性效应的研究结果。试验获得了pH与盐度(S‰)对鱼种半致死浓度[LC_(50)(S‰)]、鱼苗生长速度(V)与盐度,以及鱼卵粒径(d)与盐度的相互关系。几种家鱼的耐盐能力顺序为:鳙鱼>草鱼>团头鲂>鲢鱼。草鱼和鲢鱼胚胎正常发育的盐度上限为1.4‰左右。鲢鱼种的盐度安全浓度为1.51‰左右(pH=8.98)。根据试验结果,我国淡水渔业用水的盐度指标NaCl含量可定为S‰≤1.5g/L。
This paper deals with the toxic effects of salinity (S‰) on some freshwater fishes, the relationships between pH and LC50 of salinity for Silver carp (Hypo-phihalmichthyps molitrix C. et V.) fingerlings, between the growth rates of fries of Silver carp and Big head carp (Aristrichthys nobilis Richardson) and salinity, between the egg ball diameters of Grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon ilellus C. et V.) and Silver carp and salinity. Their correlation equations are:Silver carp:24h LC50 = 39.75- 3.78pH, 48h LC50 = 31.18 - 2.89pH,96h LC50 = 23.18 - 2.06pH; Big head carp:24h LC50 = 49.25 -4.78pH, 48h LC50 = 44.24 - 4.35pH,96h LC50 = 38.58 - 3.69pH;V = 0.43 - 0.03S‰ (mm/d) (Silver carp), V = 0.65 - 0.05S‰ (mm/d) (Big head carp), d = 6.36 - 0.37S‰ (mm/d) (Grass carp),d = 5.39 0.23S‰ (mm/d) (Silver carp).According to our study, the order of tolerance to salinity for some freshwater Eishes is as follows:Big head carp>Grass carp>Blunt snout bream (Megalobrama ambly-cephala Yih)> Silver carpUpper tolerant limit of Silver carp fingerling to salinity was about 1.5‰.
