“9·11”事件给世界格局以深刻的影响,在美国的全球反恐大旗下,大国关系出现了急剧变化。在此背景下,印度积极调整其大国外交,在美国、俄罗斯之间奉行务实、平衡的外交路线。
Following September 11 terror attacks and some related ramifications in South Asia, India has begun to regulate and re-orient its diplomatic approaches toward major powers and sought to enlarge its own national interests against the backdrop of unfolding US-led anti-terrorism war. More pragmatic engagements and interest-seeking interactions have been observed to the key-tone of diplomatic maneuvers.
