摘要
使用化学纯试剂H2SiO3、CaO为原料,在常压100℃的条件下,分别合成了钙硅比(C/S)等于1.0,1.5和2.0的CSH相,探讨了β-C2S在CSH相脱水过程中的形成温度和形成速度,同时对于C/S=1.0和1.5的两个体系,我们在样品中补充部分CaCO3,进一步探讨了由β-CS+CaO→β-C2S转化的速度。
CSH phase of 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 C/S ratio was produced respectively at 100 ℃ hydrothermal condition, using raw materials of chemical pure H 2SiO 3 and CaO. The formation temperature and formation speed of β C 2S in the dehydration process of CSH phases were discussed. An amount of CaCO 3 was mixed with CSH phases of 1.5 and 2.0 C/S ratio, the formation speed of β CS+CaO→ β C 2S in the dehydration process of these mixed materials was studied. The amount of β C 2S was quantified with QXRD.
