摘要
目的测定在固定支撑和有缓冲器支撑方式下两种假人对系统着陆冲击的响应;检验人椅系统内冲击测量位置的设置是否正确。方法采用两种支撑方式,分别对两种假人在水刹车冲击塔上进行冲击测试比较。结果两种假人在固定支撑和缓冲器支撑时对系统的响应是一致的;HyridⅢ假人身体上的响应与在座垫、座椅摆动中心等位置上所测得结果是一致的。结论把冲击的测量位置放在人椅系统的硬结构上能够反映人体的响应情况,SZM510假人能够适用于高冲击过载下的乘员安全性评价。
Objective To quantify the response of human-chair system during landing impacts, and to testify the detecting position for system impact tests. Method On an impact tower, the impact tests were carried out based an rivet or buffer underprop supporting system. Result The response of dummies system under the two supporting systems was similar. The response of Hyrid m dummy was similar to those obtained from the cushion and the pivoting center of the chair, Conclusion It is demonstrated that measurements made on the rigid structure can reflect the response of the human body. SZM510 dummy can be used for evaluation of passenger safety under high impacts.
