凝胶型与裂变型^(99m)Tc发生器的测试比较 被引量:2

摘要 总结了近几年来我院使用国内外四种高活度^(99m)Tc发生器的经验;对商品质量采取随机抽样和进行有限条件下的测试。结果揭示:比利时、英国和北京裂变型^(99m)Tc发生器淋洗5ml,相对放射性大于90%,峰值在第2ml,峰宽5ml,随使用时间延长峰值峰宽不变。西南凝胶型^(99m)Tc发生器淋洗10ml,相对放射性大于90%,峰值在第5至第6ml,第七天后峰值后移、峰宽增宽。四种^(99m)Tc发生器的洗脱液放化纯度均符合质量标准。标记11种化合物,20余个项目脏器核素显像,图像清晰,对比度好。总受检7361人次临床观察中,均未见不良反应。并对四种发生器优缺点进行比较观察和讨论。 99mTc generators of four different origins were compared under limited conditions and random sampling . The results revealed that the elution rates were all higher than 90%. The peak value was at second ml and the peak width was five ml for the generators from England , Belgium and Beijing. The peak was between 5th and 6th ml for the generator of Southwest and ,as time goes on, the peak was delayed and the peak width increased, The radio-chemical purities of the elution liquids from the four different generators were all satisfacto- ry. Clear images and good contrasts were obtained and no side-effect was found. The advantages and disadvantages of the four generators were discussed.
