摘要
目的:探讨β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)在基底细胞癌中的表达及意义。方法:应用免疫组化PowerVisionTM二步法检测25例基底细胞癌患者皮损中β-连环蛋白的表达情况,同时以20例脂溢性角化病患者作对照。结果:β-连环蛋白在基底细胞癌皮损中异位表达率为92%,显著高于脂溢性角化病(55%)(P<0.05)。结论:β-连环蛋白表达异常在基底细胞癌发生、发展中可能起重要作用。
Objective： To investigate the expression and significance of β-catenin in basal cell carcinoma. Methods： The β-catenin expression was examined immunohistochemically in seborrheic keratosis and basal cell carcinoma with β-catenin antibody. Results： The abnormal expression rate of β-catenin in basal cell carcinoma was 92%（23/25）, which was significantly different from that in seborrheic keratosis（55%,ll/20）（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The abnormal expression rate of β-catenin may play an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of basal cell carcinoma.
