摘要
目的了解戒毒医院吸毒人群艾滋病知识和相关吸毒行为情况,并实施预防性艾滋病教育,以期探索有效的针对吸毒人群的教育模式。方法培训戒毒医院的医务人员为艾滋病教育的宣教者,对住该医院戒毒的吸毒人员进行艾滋病教育,并比较教育前后艾滋病相关知识、态度和行为倾向。结果艾滋病相关知识得分、相关的正性态度和避免高危行为的倾向较教育前均有明显改变(P<0.01)。结论培训直接照顾戒毒者的医务人员成为宣教者进行艾滋病预防教育,可有效提高吸毒人员对艾滋病知识的掌握,并对相应态度和行为倾向有一定的引导作用。
Objective To find out the injection drug users knowledge of AIDS and correlative behaviors, and explore an effective educational models for the injection drug users. Methods Training the medical professionals of detoxification hospital to teach the drug users who hospitalized in detoxification hospital for taking detoxification AIDS education,and comparing changes in drug users＇ knowledge level about transmission, attitude and behaviors tendency of AIDS. Results There was an increase in knowledge,correlatively positive attitude and behaviors tendency （P 〈 0.01 ） after receiving education of AIDS. Conclusion Training the medical proffessionals as teachers of the injection drug users could availably improved mastery of AIDS knowledge and indicate guidable effect for certain correlatively positive attitude and behaviors tendency.
