摘要
目的:比较上海延安制药厂生产的5-单硝酸异山梨酯(心舒)与德国许瓦兹药厂生产的同类产品(Elantan)治疗心绞痛的疗效。方法:选择心绞痛病人40例,心舒组与Elantan组各20例,分别给予心舒20mg bid和Elantan 20mg bid,疗程均为14天。结果:临床症状、静息心电图、运动平板负荷试验改善的总有效率,心舒组分别为95％、33.3％和55％。Elantan组分别为85％、41.6％和57％。组间比较P值均>0.05。两组药物不良反应轻微。结论:心舒与Elantan对心绞痛的疗效相似。
Aim: To compare the efficacies between homemade (Xin Shu, from Shanghai Yanan Pharmaceutical Factory) and German made (Elantan, from Schwarz Pharmaceutical Co.) preparations of isosobide-5-mononitrate in relieving angina pectoris. Method: 40 patients with ischemic heart disease were allocated randomly into Xin Shu (n=20) or Elantan (n=20) groups. Each was given 20 mg of drug bid for 14 days. Results: The rates in relieving angina, of improving ECG and treadmill test were 95%, 33.3% and 55% respectively in Xin Shu group and 85%, 41.6% and 57% respectively in Elantan group. No significant difference was observed between the 2 groups in all aspects (P>0.005). Adverse (?)eactions of the 2 preparations were both rare and mild. Conclustion: The homemade isosorbide-5-mononilrate preparation is proved as effective and safe as imported preparation.
