单硝酸异山梨酯治疗老年单纯收缩期高血压30例被引量：1

摘要目的:探讨单硝酸异山梨酯对老年单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)的治疗效果。方法:将60例ISH患者随机分组,对照组30例给予硝苯地平缓释片10mg,治疗组30例在上述治疗的基础上加单硝酸异山梨酯20mg,观察8周。结果:治疗组收缩压(SBP)下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组舒张压(DBP)下降幅度小于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组脉压(PP)下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:单硝酸异山梨酯能降低ISH患者的SBP,而对DBP影响不大,使PP减小,对ISH患者降压治疗有效。
