摘要
用FDM/FEM集成应力分析系统对铸钢应力框的凝固过程热应力进行了三维数值模拟,得到应力框的定量的、动态的变形及其应力变化,并对照它们的凝固条件进行了分析,提出热裂倾向较大的部位。
Abstract D numerical simulation of thermal stresses in a frame shape cast steel specimen during solidification has been carreid out using a FDM/FEM integrated analysis system of thermal stresses,thus achiving the quantitative and dynamic deformation and thermal stresses in thick,thin and horizontal members of frame shape specimen,which were further analyzed according to the solidification conditions,as a result,the parts of strong tearing tendency were proposed.
