摘要
我国目前的高职人才培养模式虽然各具特色,但却难以兼顾岗位针对性和职业适应性。按T型人才培养模式构建的T型能力目标和课程体系,能较好地兼顾岗位针对性和适应性,适应当前就业和终身学习的需要,且能兼容当前各种不同的培养方式。
At present, although the training mode of higher vocational and technological college has their own features, it is lack of purpose and adaptation of the profession. According to the ability target and curriculum system of the T-type training mode, we can balance the two aspects of the purpose and adaptation which is beneficial to get jobs andlifelong study. All in all, the T-type can integrate many kinds of training ways.
