摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶技术,以无机盐为主要反应前驱物、水为主要溶剂,通过优化工艺条件制备了富锆PZT纳米晶。并利用TG/DTA、XRD、TEM等对粉体性能、结构进行了分析。研究了粉体结晶性与反应前驱物、溶液pH值、胶凝剂、反应温度和热处理条件的关系。结果表明,以硝酸铅为铅源、尿素为胶凝剂,700°C热处理2.5 h,得到粉体平均粒径为70 nm。
Rich Zr PZT nano-crystalline powder was prepared by optimizing the technical process of the sol-gel method, using inorganic salts and water as primary precursors and solvent. The property and structure of synthesized powder were analyzed by means of TG/DTA, XRD and TEM. And the effects of synthesis raw material, the pH value, reactive temperature, gelatinous agent and heat treatment on the crystalline powder were investigated. The results show that the average grain size of PZT powder after annealing at 700 ℃ for 2.5 h is 70 nm with lead oxynitrate as Pb precursor and urea as gelatinous agent.
