摘要
从冷铁、落砂工艺、铸型、化学成分等方面分析了厚大普通铸铁件(HT150、HT200)冷裂纹的产生原因,指出锰含量控制在0.9%~1.1%范围内,可消除厚大件的冷裂纹。
This paper analyses the producing cause of cold crack of big-heavy casting iron piece (HT 150,HT200)from the ways of chill and shadeout process,casting mould, chemical composition,etc This paper puts forward that the cold crack of big heavy casting iron piece may be elimited when the Manganese content is controlled in the range of 0 9%~1 0%
