温州地区汉族人群血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因多态性分析 被引量:1

Polymorphism Studies on the Angiotensin I-converting Enzyme Gene(ACE) in the Normal Population in Wenzhou

摘要 目的研究温州地区汉族人群血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因插入/缺失多态性分布情况。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)分别检测204例温州地区汉族正常人群样本的ACE I/D基因型,分类计数进行统计学分析。结果温州地区汉族正常人的ACE基因三种基因型频率分别为:DD型13.73%,D I型41.18%,II型45.09%。D和I等位基因频率分别为34.5%和65.5%。结论ACE基因多态性的分布与性别无关,温州地区汉族人群ACE基因频率分布与日本人相近,但DD型及D等位基因频率低于欧美人群。 Objective To investigate the polymorphism of angiotensin I-converting enzyme gene(ACE)in normal population in Wenzhou. Methods 204 samples from normal population in Wenzhou were collected and Insert/Deletion genotypes of ACE gene were detected by PCR. Results The genotype frequencies of DD, DI and Ⅱ were 13.73%,41.18% and 45.09% ,respectively. The D and Ⅰ allele frequencies were 34.5% and 65.5%. Conclusion No correlation is identified between the male and female groups. The polymorphism of ACE gene in Wenzhou district is similar to that of the Japanese. Frequencies of genotype DD and D allele is significantly lower than those of the Europeans and Americans.
