摘要
用限制性内切酶(SacI)和 G_6PD 基因探针分析了50例精神分裂症患者(男女各半)和50例正常者(男妇各半)的基因组 DNA 中的 G_6PD 基因的 RFLP。研究结果提示,X 染色体长臂可能存在精神分裂症的易患性基因。
This article reports genomic G_6 PD gene's RFLP of 50 Schizophrenia patients(25 males and 25 females)and 50 unrelated normal controls(25 males and 25 females).Restriction end- onuclease Sac I and G_6 PD gene probe were used to analyse the genome DNA.The preliminary study points out that there was susceptibility of gene locus of schizophrenia on X chromosome.
