摘要
目的建立测定板蓝根颗粒中腺苷含量的方法.方法采用 DiamonsilTM C18 色谱柱( 5 μm,4.6 mm × 250 mm) ,流动相为甲醇 -1% 醋酸(梯度洗脱),检测波长 270 nm,流速 1 ml·min-1.结果腺苷在0.1 ~2 μg 范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率101.30%,RSD=0.89%(n=6).结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制.
OBJECTIVE To establish an RP - HPLC method to determine the content of adenosine in Banlangen granule. METHODS Samples were determined by RP - HPLC on a Diamonsil^TMC18 column. UV detection wavelength was at 270 nm, taking CH30H - 1% HAC as a mobile phase. RESULTS The average recovery was 101.30 % with RSD of 0.89 % ( n = 6). CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate. It can be used to control the quality of Banlangen granule.
