摘要
目的测定药物的电离常数。方法利用全自动滴定仪,通过对仪器模式与参数进行设置,实现了pKa测定的自动化。结果快速测定了化学试剂、原料药、成品药的电离常数,与文献值符合,测定相对误差小于2.54%,RSD≤1.59%。结论此方法快速、方便、准确。
OBJECTIVE To measure pKa of drugs. METHODS pKa values of the reagcnt, raw drug and drug were measured respectiw by designing a model and relative parameter of the automatic titrator. RESULTS The meassured pKa values were consistent with the data literature, with RE〈 2.54% and the RSD≤1.59% ( n = 5). CONCLUSION As a new method for automatic measurment of pKa is estab lished, which it is simple, rapid and accurate.
