在 2 5℃下 ,分别测定了莫索尼定的电离常数和分配系数。采用电位滴定法测得莫索尼定的电离常数 pKTa 值为 7 35± 0 0 3。采用摇瓶法测得莫索尼定的分配系数为P =12 0 2± 0
The methods were described for determining the ionization constant and partition coefficient of moxonidine. The ionization constant was determined by the potential titration method,and the p K T a was 7 35±0 03.The partition coefficient was determined by the bottle shaking method,and the P = 12 02±0 13 .
