摘要
利用羧甲基纤维素钠和聚乙烯醇－１２４为载体，甲硝唑为主药制成一种可吸收性牙周炎缓释药膜。此药膜可贴、口含和插入牙周袋内，观察药膜体外释放试验及临床应用。结果显示，体外释放缓慢。２０２例牙周炎患者的牙龈炎指数（ＧＩ）、龈沟出血指数（ＳＢＩ）、牙周袋深度（ＰＰＤ）明显下降，显效９０．１０％，有效７．９２％，无效１．９８％。
odium carboxymethyl cellulose and PEG-124 was selected as carrier ,metronidazole as basic remedy. The pe-riodontitis sustainedrelease film was prepared. The film could stick,keep in the mouth and insert periodontal pock-et. Releas test in vitro and clinical application were abserved. The results showed release in vitro was slow. TheGI,SBI,PPD of 202 periodontitis patients fell obviously. 90. 10% were significantly effective, 7. 92% were effec-tive.
