摘要
以国产hMG治疗103例无排卵不孕症病人,共治疗125个周期,110个周期排卵,排卵率88.0%,21例获妊娠,妊娠率20.4%;其中多胎妊娠4例,占3.9%。25个周期发生卵巢过度刺激征,发生率20.0%。结果显示:国产hMG的促排卵疗效与国外同类产品相近似,并发症发生率低,不失为临床医生治疗用药选择之一。
Objective:To determine whether the homemade hMG is effective in inducing ovulation. Design:125 cycles of 103 cases with anovulatory infertility were treated with hMG. Result:Of 125 cycles, 110 cycles were ovulatory after the above treatment. Ovulatory rate was 88%. 21 cases were pregnant, pregnant rate was 20.4%,multipregnant rate was 3.9%(4/103). OHSS occured in 20% of the treating cycles (25/125). Conelusion: Homemade hMG is effective in inducing ovulation with low incidence of complications such as OHSS and multipregnancy.
