流动注射-离子交换分离富集-分光光度法测定石煤渣中痕量钽 被引量:2

Determination of trace tantalum in stone coal slag with flow injection-ion exchange separation and preconcentration-spectrophotometry

摘要 研究了采用流动注射技术进行痕量钽的离子交换分离富集,在0.30mol/L HCl介质中,Ta(Ⅴ)与Cl-形成配阴离子,被离子交换树脂交换富集,用0.50mol/L HNO3-2.5%柠檬酸溶液洗脱,用偶氮氟胂-Ⅲ(FAsA-Ⅲ)分光光度法测定.有色配合物的最大吸收波长为650nm,钽的质量浓度在0~600μg/L范围内符合比尔定律,方法的检出限为1.1μg/L.经分离后,钽的测定灵敏度可提高数倍,大量共存离子不干扰钽的测定.该法已应用于石煤渣中痕量钽的测定,结果令人满意. A flow injection method for the determination of trace tantalum by 2,7-dis(5-fluoro-2-arsenophenylazo)-1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid( FAsA-Ⅲ ) spectrophotometry after separation and preconcentration with ion exchange was studled. In the medium of 0.30mol/L hydrochloric acid, Ta ( V ) reacts with Cl^- to form an anion complex which was then adsorbed on the column of alkali anion exchange resin. The anion complex was desorbed from the column with a solution of 0.50moL/L nitric acid-2.5 % citric acid and reacted with FAsA-Ⅲ to form a color complex for speetrophotometrie determination. The maximum absorption wavelength was 650nm. Beer' s law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0 - 600/zg/L for tantalum ( V ), and the detection limit of the method was 1. 1μg/L.The sensitivity for the determination of tantalum could be increased several times, a lot of co-ions would not disturb the determination of tantalum after separation and preeoneentration. The method has been applied to the determination of trace tantalum in stone coal flag with satisfactory results.
