摘要
分析了现行的人力资源绩效评估体系中由于信息不对称引发的种种问题,提出在今后的人力资源评估中应重视评估主体与被评估主体间可形成的协调博弈,并由此提出了一个博弈模型与应当采取的一系列调整措施,为人力资源的评估提供了一定的理论依据。
The paper analyzed all kinds of problems in performance appraisal of human resource system. The problems were caused by asymmetry of information. The paper put forward attaching importance to harmony game between appraising subject and appraised subject in Performance Appraisal of Human Resource for the future. Therefore the paper put forward a game model and a series of regulated measures and offers some theoretic reference of appraisal of human resource.
