摘要
关于用致癌物在动物体内诱发肝癌的过程中,动物血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)浓度相应升高,有时还出现双峰曲线的现象,国内外早有报道。近年来,进一步利用各种糖蛋白分析技术,又发现AFP具有多种分子变异体。按照AFP与植物凝集素的反应,可区分出糖结合型和糖非结合型,结合型中又可分出强结合型和弱结合型等。另有报告指出,来自恶性细胞和非恶性细胞的AFP。
There are three stages, initiation, regeneration,malignancy in histologic changesof rat liver tissue during hepatocarcinogenesis by DENA. Serum AFP concentra-tion was abnormally elevated in those three stages but only two peaks of serum AFPappeared in regeneration and malignancy separately. However, as shown in concanava-lin A(Con A) radio-immunoelectrophoresis, the major proportion of AFP finding infirst peak was ConA binding AFP while the high proportion of ConA unbinding AFPwas expressed in second peak. These results showed that AFP molecular heterogeneityproduced by regeneration liver cells was different from that produced by malignantliver cells. This paper emphasizes that the alteration of AFP glycosylation occurs in ratduring hepatocarcinogenesis.
