摘要
冠醚化合物具有广泛的应用开发前景,在环境医学和新医药开发(如解汞毒药物合成等)等方面已有所突破。苯并-15-冠-5经硝化后再还原可得到4-氨基苯并-15-冠-5;三聚磷腈是一种重要的无机杂环化合物,现已合成了它的大量有机衍生物。而两者进行合成生成三聚磷腈冠醚化合物尚未有根道。本研究系一种新型固体化合物1,3,5-三氯-1,3,5-三(4-氨基苯并-15-冠-5)三聚磷腈的合成。其结构和组成由红外光谱、元素分析等结果所证实。对于进一步弄清冠醚化合物特性及应用开发具有一定的意义。
Crown ether complexes have wide useage and future,In enviromental medicine and new pharmacologe,It has been progressed open up.After nitration,Benzo-15-crown-5was reducted to 4-aminobenzo-15-crown-5.Tripolyphosphnitrile is an important inorganic heterocycllic com-pound.A lot of its organic derivatives have been synthesized(benzo-15-crown-5)-(NPCl2)3,syn-thesized by benzo-15-crown-5 and(NPCl2)3,has no report previously,In this paper,novel solid com-plexes of 1,3,5-trichloride-1,3,5-tri(4-amino-benzo-15-crown-5)-(NPCl2)3 was synthe-sized in nonaqueous solvent.Its structure and composition were comfirmed by the resulIts of infrared spectum and elemental analyses,Our results may contribute to undsanding the crown ether compleses property and the development of its usage.
