摘要
一个公正的社会是制度与精神、个人与社会的现实统一。要实现社会公正,既不能否定客观制度,也不能否定主观道德,而是要求客观制度与主观道德间的恰当张力,要求制度公正与个体善、法治与德治的有机统一,这也是我国实现社会公正的现实道路:制度整合与道德整合的有机统一。
A just society is unified by the reality of system and the spirit, individual and society. It can＇t deny the objective system or the subjective morals either to realize the justice of society, but require the appropriate tension among the objective system and subjective morals, require the institutional justice to be unified with the individual perfecting and rule of law to be unified with rule by moral, This is just that our country realizes the justice realistic road of the society ： institutional integration should be unified with moral integration organically.
