摘要
目的了解影响住院病人满意度调查结果准确性的相关因素,提高调查结果的真实性和准确性。方法采用自行设计的调查表对200例住院病人进行问卷调查,结果采用百分比及 X^2检验进行统计学分析。结果病人对专业术语不了解、表格设计不科学、药名繁多复杂是影响满意度的重要因素。结论设计通俗易懂、科学性强的调查表,可以减少对住院病人满意度调查结果准确性的影响。
Objective To determine the correlated factors affecting the veracity of hospitalized patients＇ satisfaction and to improve the authenticity and veracity of the result of investigation on hospitalized patients＇ satisfaction. Methods 200 hospitalized patients were investigated using the self - designed questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using the statistical index of percentage and Chi - square test. Results The main factors affecting the veracity of patients＇ satisfaction were that the patients＇ misunderstanding of the specialty terms,non - scientific design of the questionnaires,and the complexity of various drugs. Conclusion Designing a popular and scientific questionnaire could increase the veracity of the result of investigation on hospitalized patients＇ satisfaction.
