摘要
通过直接沉淀法制备了粒径小于100nm的ZnO纳米粉体。随前驱体焙烧温度的升高,晶粒逐渐长大,晶体发育趋于完整。经过计算,纳米ZnO的晶粒生长动力学指数为1.8,比其他一些氧化物的晶粒生长动力学指数小。
Nanometer ZnO powder whose grain size is less than lOOnm can be fabricated with direct deposition method. With increasing sintering temperature, grain grows up and crystal integrates gradually. It is calculated that the grain growth kinetic exponent is 1. 8, less than other oxides.
