摘要
医保工作在南昌市逐步推行,江西医学院第一附属医院作为首批医保定点医院,率先完成了对医保工作的计算机网络化管理。本文介绍该院医保计算机管理系统的建立及实施过程,阐述了如何改造及扩充医院现有网络以实现与市医保中心通讯、如何修改现有HIS使之与医保软件对接以及在该系统建设过程中应考虑的问题。
The medical care program is putting into practice in Nanchang. The First Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi Medical College was designated as one of the first group hospitals to serve the patients who enrolled in the program and earlier finished the computer management system of medical care patients. This paper presents the experiences of the establishment and utilization of the system in the hospital, how to reconstruct and expand the existed hospital intranet hardware in order to communicate with Nanchang Medical Care Center, and how to modify the existed hospital information system in order to connect the medical care information system were discussed. What should be considered in the practice.
