摘要
藏象学说作为中医理论的基石已形成两千多年。随着自然科学和现代医学的发展,藏象理论出现了许多与现代科技不相吻合的问题,突出表现为“藏象”与现代医学“脏器”名实不符。作者从藏象理论产生的根源入手,回顾了该理论从形成到发展的历程,参考现代研究成果,运用系统论和还原论相结合的方法,提出了创立中医系统藏象学的观点。
Viscera-state doctrine,as a basis of TCM theory,has come into being for years.With the development of natural sejence and modern medicine,many problems of the doctrine arise misfitting with the modern science and technology,which is focused on the inconsistency of viscera state with the organ in modern science.From the origin of viscera state doctrine,the author reviews the process of its formation and development.Referring to the modern research fruits,he puts forward to the idea of founding TCM systematic viscera state by systematic theory combined with reduction theory.
