摘要
环境技术创新是实施可持续发展目标、解决环境污染的根本手段。环境技术创新可以使企业降低经营成本,提高市场份额,扩大企业规模等。我国在环境技术创新中应该确立“污染预防”的环境意识;应创建绿色生产系统;应按照市场规律,进行环境保护工程的建设。
The environmental technology innovation is the essential means of carrying out the sustainable development and resolving environmental pollution. Making use of environmental technology can make the enterprise to reduce the operational cost, increase the market pie; and enlarge the scale of enterprise, etc. Our country should establish the environmental consciousness of “pollution prevention” in the environmental technology innovation, should create green production system, and should carry out the construction of the environmental protection engineering according to the market regularity.
