摘要
从多元化的动机出发,通过实证分析给出多元化行业选择的一个原则:多元化新旧行业间要有较大的跨度。通过基于企业的资源,把各行业串在一起,从而达到行业间的优势互补,进而发挥整个企业集团的优势。
Starting from the motivation of the diversification, and through the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward a principle for the diversified profession selection： between the diversified new and old professions there must be a bigger span. And this paper points out that through the resources based on the enterprises, each profession can be connected together, realizing the superiority complementation among different professions and giving full play to the superiorities of the whole enterprises group.
